This weekend my mom and I decided to bake vanilla and rose hip shortcakes. These tiny cakes were my favourite treat growing up. My mom used to make them all the time when I was little, and they are absolutely delicious.  They look like mini French macarons that are coated in icing sugar.  If you are interested in finding out how to make these scrumptious shortcakes, let me know in the comments below.
