A Trip to the Toronto Flower Market

Yesterday was the first Toronto Flower Market of the year. I had never visited the flower market before, and seeing as one of my New Year’s Resolutions was to “try new things” I promised myself that I would go. So I went to the flower market with a couple of my closest girl friends and we had a lovely day. We even ended our outing with delicious brunch at a French café and some shopping.

At the flower market there was a nice variety of vendors ranging from small carts selling popsicles to big and bold flower stands. There is nothing sweeter than being surrounded by flowers on a bright Saturday morning. If you ever need some cheering up, a flower market is the place to go.

The cutest little cactus. Wish I took this fellow home with me. He’s quite photogenic.

Overall, the vibrant colours of the flower market really boosted my spirits and brightened my day. I hope that these photos can do the same for you.

All the best,
