Bryant Park Charm

Picture this. You are in New York, walking down 5th Avenue. Cars are honking, taxis are racing, and the streets are crowded with people. You wish you could just rest for a little bit, and be somewhere a little more calm. To your surprise, you find out that this is possible. It is possible, because hidden right behind the New York Public Library, is the most charming park you’ve ever seen. Bryant Park.

Bryant Park is a scenic landmark that everyone visiting Manhattan should see. I have never experienced something like it before. Even though you’re in the middle of a busy city, with sky scrapers towering over you, everything seems to slow down a little bit when you’re here. It looks absolutely magical, and reminds me of some of the parks I visited while I was in Paris. Fun fact: the trees that are planted in Bryant Park are the same species of trees that are planted in Tuileries Garden in Paris. Perhaps this is the reason this park evokes a Parisian atmosphere?

Bryant Park also has an enormous lawn that is used year-round for various events and activities. On a nice sunny day you can find people picnicking and relaxing on the beautiful lawn. In the summer, Bryant Park hosts Music and Film Festivals so that people can come together to enjoy the art and culture that New York has to offer. In the past, the park was even used to host Fashion Shows during Fashion Week. Bryant park is so picturesque, it even has its own custom-built carousel. How much cuter can a park get? Here are some photos below to answer that question…

Bryant Park is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the beauty of Manhattan. Whether you are with friends, family, or by yourself, you can experience the charm that Bryant Park emanates. I hope you enjoyed seeing Bryant Park through my perspective. Have you ever visited Bryant Park? Would you like to see it? Let me know in the comments below!

All the best,
